Where do you produce your ice cream?
We make all of our ice cream and other products at a fully licensed vegan commercial kitchen located at For Goodness Bake.
What flavours are gluten-friendly?
We make two gluten-friendly flavours: Strawberry Milkshake and Chocolate Mint Swirl. All ingredients in these flavours are gluten-free including the oat milk we use.
New summer flavours: Coconut Lime, Caramel Seasalt and Coffee Break gluten-friendly.
Is your ice cream soy free?
Yes!
What ingredients are in the ice cream pizza crust?
Vegan butter, unsweetened organic applesauce, brown sugar, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, salt.
*For gluten-free crusts, we use gluten-free flour.
Does your ice cream contain nuts?
No nuts of any kind!
What is guar gum and why is it an ingredient?
Guar gum is a vegan and gluten-free natural food thickener made from guar gum beans. We use it to help our ice cream have a smooth and creamy texture!
What is your base made of?
Premium coconut milk!
Are all your ingredients homemade?
Yes, everything including the cinnamon buns, pancake crumble, gingerbread cookies and brownies!
Do you use any artificial flavours or colouring?
Our 5 main flavours: Vanilla Cinnamon Bun, Strawberry Milkshake, Chocolate Mint Swirl, Chocolate Brownie Fudge, Maple Syrup & Pancakes are free from artificial flavour & colouring.
*Please note - some of our seasonal ice cream flavours have artificial flavour & colour, restaurants may request flavours that contain artificial flavour & colour. We do make sure all ingredients used are 100% vegan.
Is 16oz the only size you carry?
Yes.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes... in Calgary! Please refer to municipal recycling and waste guidelines if outside of the area!
Do you deliver? Can you order ice cream online?
We do not deliver.
Ice cream pizzas are available to order online, for pick up only at For Goodness Bake.
